I created The Village because I believe no mother should have to navigate this chapter alone.
In a time that is meant to be supported, many women feel isolated.
This platform was born from the desire to reconnect mothers with the support they truly deserve.

I’m Julia — a mother and doula, and the heart behind The Mama Village.
I gave birth to my child abroad, in Guatemala, far away from what I once considered “home”. What made that experience so powerful was the village that held me — local mothers, support, care and a deep sense of connection.
That experience changed everything. It showed me what is possible when women are truly supported.
The Mama Village was born from that feeling — and from the desire to make that kind of support accessible to every mother, wherever she is.
